How It Works..
Drylining, also known as drywalling or plasterboarding, is a construction technique used to create interior walls and ceilings. It involves fixing plasterboard panels to a timber or metal frameworks, rather than using traditional wet plaster.
Drylining offers several advantages including speed of installation, flexibility,and  the ability to easily conceal wiring and insulation. Once the plasterboards are fixed in place, joints are taped and filled with joint compound, sanded smooth and than painted or decorated as desired. It's a popular method in modern construction due to its efficiency and versatility.

Suspended Ceilings are secondary ceilings suspended from the structural floor slab above, creating a void between the underside of the floor slab and the top of the suspended ceiling. The gap between is often 3 to 8 inches which is why they are often referred to as dropped ceilings or false ceilings. Suspended ceilings are very popular in commercial properties as they provide a useful space for concealing unsightly wires and installations that otherwise would alter the interior appearance of the building.
